Venue questions
Should we show an empty or styled hall?
An empty hall helps people understand the space; a styled hall helps them picture an event. We choose based on your goal. Capturing both versions is agreed separately.
Can we include outdoor areas and accommodation?
Yes. We assess suitable areas and capture conditions beforehand, including weather and lighting outdoors.
Can people measure the rooms?
Measurement is available in suitable, calibrated projects. Tour measurements do not replace checks needed for installation or safety.
Can we send the tour with a proposal?
Yes. Include the shareable URL in an email or proposal. Recipients do not need an account or a separate app.
What if the furniture or layout changes?
A tour represents the captured setup. If you make significant changes, we can discuss a new capture and update.
